How Robotic-Assisted Surgery Works
From the command console, the surgeon performs the procedure by controlling multi-jointed, wristed instruments while looking through a magnified view using a high-definition camera. This technology ensures an extra layer of precision and accuracy. All surgical instruments are inserted through minimal incisions – often a single abdominal incision.
Advantages of Robotic-Assisted Surgery
This minimally invasive surgical system can reduce damage to surrounding tissues, improving surgical outcomes and allowing for faster patient recovery.
Schedule an Appointment
Scheduling an appointment starts with a referral from your primary care provider. Talk to your primary care provider to see if robotic-assisted surgery is right for you.
