Not everyone is interested in “going public” with their weight loss efforts.  Private and confidential Healthy Weight classes are offered on an on-going basis.   The classes include: 

Personalized Eating Plan
What are the two top reasons for choosing to eat a certain food? According to nutrition surveys, #1 is taste, and #2, convenience. The Healthy Weight program will show you how to lose weight  without giving up all of your favorite foods.

Group Education & Support (5 sessions)
Weight management, like money management, is not easy. Good intentions to change bad habits get side-tracked by the unexpected. Stress and emotions break down resolve. Being part of a confidential support group mean the difference between failure and success when it comes to making lifestyle changes.

Intuitive Eating Skills Training
Intuitive Eating involves relearning how to read the body's natural appetite signals. Intuitive Eating takes the focus off of restrictive dieting, and instead allows a person to rely on internal cues of hunger and satiation.

Software to Log Food Intake & Activities
Logging nutrient intake and physical activity is important in discovering your personal strengths and focus areas for the program. Even the novice computer user will find the software easy to use. Those who prefer can choose a written log approach.
