Getting out of shape can happen even if you were once the captain of the football team, or the fastest gal around the softball diamond. Let’ s face it: playing hockey is a lot tougher when it feels like you have two sets of padding one, not one. Or maybe you’re feeling like the only exercise you get is chasing kids, not tennis balls.

If you are not happy about the way your health is affecting your life, then it is time to do something about it.

Hey everybody. It’s not too early to think about those New Year’s resolutions. You know, the same ones you made last year about getting more exercise, shrinking the waistline, and dumping some stress.

The Mining Journal, Marquette General Weight Management, NMU Exercise Science Laboratory Services, and MGH Sports Medicine are teaming up to help 8 individuals change their lifestyle to a healthier one. Interested? Let’s look at the details.
