PARENTING PROGRAMS

The Joy of Parenting Program, sponsored by the MGH Women's & Children's Center, is the recipient of the 1993 Caring Arms Award granted by the State of Michigan. Funding for the development of these programs were provided in part by the W. K.Kellogg Foundation.

The programs listed below are also available for local schools and organizations in Marquette and Alger Counties. These programs can be presented at the school or organization location, facilitated by a trained instructor of the Women's & Children's Center. All class materials (books and handouts) are included. Many parent organizations, grants, and local sponsors offer funding for these programs at school sites.
