Stuart K. Johnson, DO, is the Director of Osteopathic Medical Education and an Assistant Director of the Marquette Family Medicine Residency Program. Hailing from Marquette, he attended Northern Michigan University, graduating with a degree in biochemistry. Dr. Johnson graduated from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000, followed by an AOA approved internship in Muskegon, MI. He completed residency at the Marquette Family Practice Residency Program in 2003.
Dr. Johnson’s belief in the principles of osteopathic medicine have instilled a desire to promote osteopathic medical education in the residency and community. In addition to promoting the principles of osteopathic medicine, Dr. Johnson uses manual medicine to treat his patients.
Stuart is active in local church and community activities. He and his wife keep busy raising four children. He enjoys woodworking, remodeling and outdoor activities.
