Angela is a native of Negaunee, MI, and is the youngest six children. She earned an Associates Degree in Business from Northern Michigan University and has worked in healthcare administration since 2006.
She joined UPHEC in 2009 and is primarily responsible for the coordination of visiting students with their shadowing and rotation opportunities. Angela also coordinates the learning opportunities for visiting students, including medical students, premed students, nurse practioner and PA students.
Angela coordinates the rural family medicine clerkship which will include setting up housing, arranging orientation with all rural sites, monitoring student assignments and proctoring the final exam.
Angela is also responsible for updating the alumni database and is excited to play a significant support role in the establishment of the geriatric fellowship through the Family Medicine Residency Program.
Angela also coordinates special events such as the Annual Recruitment Fair, the Welcome Picnic, Year I Orientation and visiting VIP dinners.
She lives in Marquette Township with her husband and best friend, Josh.
