Statement: This job description is enacted as needed for
medical applications of the Upper Peninsula Telehealth Network.
The Telehealth Clinician is responsible for the coordination and
follow through of the medical applications and assisting as needed
during the consultations.

Position Qualifications:
| Minimum
Education: |

3-5
years clinical experience
Excellent patient assessment skills
Proven critical thinking and anticipatory skills
Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
Fax and copier skills |

Certification: |
Current
Registered Nurse License in the State of Michigan, BLS certification |
| Physical

Moderate
physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 pounds)
