Assistance, Service and Support

The UPTN provides assistance, service and support to prepare you for your video conference. If requested, a pre-video conference orientation with "hands-on" is available. The orientation proves how easy the equipment is to use. We can also provide tips for preparing visual materials for video and how to best facilitate a video conference. Our group will assist you in creating a clear video message.

Our video conference sites are located across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Each site has comfortable accommodations and a video site coordinator to assist you with your meeting.
