Community Education

Videoconferencing technology allows distance educational opportunities to communities throughout the Upper Peninsula.

Local community healthcare organizations offer frequent community educational classes. If your organization has a program that you would like to make available to other areas of the region please contact us (1-800-562-9753, ext. 4766). If you would like to participate in events being held contact your local hospital’s education coordinator and ask how you can participate.

Additionally, a web based system is available for continuing education for MGHS staff and members of the Upper Peninsula Health Care Network (UPHCN).  This web based system is called MGHSonDemand. For more information, contact Kathleen Stuart at 906-225-6917.
