Marquette
General’s Wig Salon, a project funded and staffed by MGH
Volunteers, will hold an Open House in their new location on Monday,
February 5 from 2 pm – 6 pm. The Wig Salon is now located
on the ground floor of the 1984 Building. Please use the East
Entrance located on College Avenue.
The Wig Salon
provides new wigs, hats and scarves at no cost to patients with
hair loss due to medical conditions. The Wig Salon has served
patients at Marquette General for over five years. Wig Salon volunteer
co-chairs, Kathy Winders and Lenora Beckman, encourages the public
to stop by and see the new location. Refreshments will be served.
