Marquette General Volunteers Recognized at Valentine Tea
At a recent Valentine’s Tea, hosted by Marquette General Hospital Volunteers, special recognition was given to the Marquette General Gift Shop and Coffee Shop managers, buyers and volunteers. Because of the efforts of these individuals, and the proceeds from the Gift Shop, Coffee Shop and other fund raising activities, the Marquette General Volunteers raised $124,491 in 2007 to fund ongoing projects at MGH, such as the Bloodmobile and Beacon House. The tea was held at Brookridge Heights Assisted Living facility in Marquette.
