Marquette General Volunteers Support Beacon House
Renee Prince (left), president of the Beacon House Board of Directors, accepts a check in the amount of $15,000 from Carolyn Severson, chief volunteer officer of the Marquette General Volunteers.
Severson said, “Our volunteers are committed to Beacon House, which provides lodging in a supportive and welcoming environment, for patients and families traveling to Marquette General Hospital for treatment. The funds we raise to support Beacon House and other activities are generated primarily through the operation of the MGH Gift Shop and Coffee Shop.”
