Linda Sarasin named Director of Care Management at Marquette General Hospital
Linda Sarasin, RN, MSN, has been named Director of Care Management at Marquette General Hospital.
As Director of Care Management, Sarasin is responsible and accountable for the implementation of the care management program. She is also responsible for utilization/financial management, psychosocial support and coordination, transition planning and quality improvement.
Sarasin earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1982, and a Master of Science in Nursing in 1986, from Northern Michigan University.
Sarasin has been employed at MGH for 25 years. In 1982 she began as a staff nurse on the Medical and Cardiac units. Since 1986, she has been employed as a Case Manager and instrumental in the development and implementation of the Clinical Case Management program.
A native of Escanaba, Sarasin graduated from Escanaba High School. She currently resides in Marquette.
