Marquette General Neuroscience receives recognition from American Stroke Association
Laurie Neldberg-Weesen (left) presents an American Stroke Association certificate of recognition to MGHS Neurologist Roman Politi, MD. Dr. Politi is the Medical Director of the Stroke Quality Improvement Project at MGHS .
The statewide initiative promotes the ASA's "Get With the Guidelines" stroke care standards. Staff at MGHS have been striving for excellence in the care of stroke patients and will pursue a Joint Commission Certified Stroke Center designation this year.
