Grand View Health System neurologist earns board certification

Khalil Nasrallah, MD, of Marquette General Neurology, and the medical staff of Grand View Health System in Ironwood, Mich., has passed his examination for board certification in the medical specialty of Neurology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).

Dr. Nasrallah provides diagnosis and treatment for disorders of the nervous system, which include the brain, spinal cord and nerves. Conditions treated by Dr. Nasrallah include muscle disorders, pain, epilepsy, neuritis, brain and spinal cord tumors, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, myasthenia gravis and muscular dystrophy.

Dr. Nasrallah completed his neurology residency at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Mich., where he served as chief resident during his final year. He also completed his transitional internship at Henry Ford. He earned his medical degree and completed one year of internship at the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Lebanese University in Beirut, where he was awarded the Medal of Excellence during medical school.
