MGH Volunteers announce Fourth Annual Lights of Love program
Tree lighting ceremony Tuesday, December 8
In conjunction with the holiday season, the Marquette General Hospital Volunteers cordially invite the community to join them in their fourth annual “Lights of Love” tree lighting ceremony.
The official tree lighting ceremony will be held on Tuesday, December 8 at 7 p.m., on the corner of College Avenue and 7th Street in Marquette. Christmas Carols will be sung around the tree. Refreshments will be served following the program in the Neldberg Lobby.

This fund-raising event provides a special opportunity to honor and remember family, friends and loved ones by placing a light on a living tree located at MGH.
A donation of $5 or more for each name reserves a light to memorialize a loved one, honor a relative or friend, or celebrate a birth. Names will be displayed in the Neldberg Lobby during the holiday season and placed in a permanent memory book. Lights will continue to shine throughout the holiday season.
Your entire gift to the MGH Volunteers Lights of Love program will benefit Volunteer projects such as the Hospitality Program, Wig Salon, Health Information Center, Beacon House and patient needs.
In order to prevent the spread of the flu, people attending the event must be free of flu-like symptoms, and children 14 and under are allowed to attend, but cannot enter any Hospital building after the outdoor ceremony is complete.
