Healthy Cooking Class offered March 11
Marquette General Registered Dietitian Kim Hantz, will present a Healthy Cooking Class on Tuesday, March 11, from 6 – 8 p.m., at Marquette Senior High School in room 126.
The topic for this month’s class is titled “Easy Fast Health Conscious Foods for Eating on the Run”. This class will explore the alternatives to going through a fast-food drive-through.
The class is specifically tailored for persons who have had bariatric surgery but is open to everyone. The class costs $35 and will include fun education, foolproof recipes and feature natural and organic ingredients. Participants will create several recipes to sample.
