A 2005 Jeep Rubicon, courtesy of Riverside Auto
in Marquette (pictured at right below), will be awarded to a lucky
hole-in-one golfer at the United Way of Marquette County and Marquette
General Health System 5th Annual Golf Benefit scheduled for Thursday,
July 7, at the Marquette Golf & Country Club.
Riverside General Manager Mike Preston, front
middle, is also supplying two round-trip domestic Delta Airline
tickets and a Golf Vacation for two at the Paris Resort in Las
Vegas for any golfer who aces a hole.
Registration and lunch will begin at 11:30, with
a shotgun start to follow at 12:30 p.m. Dinner is tentatively
set for 5:30 p.m., and a number of fabulous prizes will be available.
Each golfer will receive a gift. The entry fee is $100 per golfer.
There is still time to register for the event
by calling the United Way at 906-226-8171. Rosters may be emailed
to unitedway@uwmqt.org,
and payment will be collected at registration.
