Over the years, The Fraternal Order of the Eagles has made several generous donations to the Heart Institute in support of purchasing innovative technology. “This wall is something we always wanted to do,” Prout said. “There have been families in the past who have donated to the Heart Institute and wanted to have a person’s name recognized. Now we have a place to do that.

” The Caring Hearts Wall is located in the Upper Michigan Heart Institute on the fourth floor of the Robert C. Neldberg Building on College Avenue. Those interested in making a gift to the Upper Michigan Heart Institute are encouraged to call 225-4942 or 1-800-562-9753, ext. 4942. (MGH photo)
