MGHS welcomes new neurologist
Dr. Naomi Arenson joins Neurology Associates of Marquette
Neurologist Dr. Naomi Arenson has joined Neurology
Associates of Marquette and is on staff at Marquette General
Health System.
Dr. Arenson comes to Marquette after having completed a neurophysiology
fellowship at the Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.

As a neurologist, Dr. Arenson provides diagnosis and treatment
for disorders of the nervous system: the brain, spinal cord and
nerves. Conditions treated by a neurologist include muscle disorders,
pain (especially headache), memory loss, epilepsy, neuritis, brain
and spinal cord tumors, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s
disease, stroke, myasthenia gravis, and muscular dystrophy.
Patients may need a neurology consultation if they are experiencing
dizziness, seizures, blackouts, numbness, tingling, weakness,
paralysis, or lack of coordination. Those with diseases such as
diabetes, hypertension or cancer may also be referred to a neurologist.
Board eligible in neurology, Dr. Arenson completed her neurology
residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She earned
her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago.
