Intensivist joins the Marquette General medical staff

Dr. Nicole Alexander
Intensivist Dr. Nicole Alexander has joined the medical staff of Marquette General Hospital and will be an integral part of the critical care team.
As an intensivist, Dr. Alexander has completed specialty training in the practice of critical care medicine. She serves as a team leader in the intensive care unit, integrating and providing care for patients with complex illness including multi-system organ failure. Medical, surgical or traumatic illness may require intensive care, including the use of ventilators and other support equipment.
Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Alexander completed her critical care fellowship and earned her medical degree at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Ore. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Dr. Alexander manages the care of in-hospital patients and does not see patients on an outpatient basis.
