Nurse Practitioner joins Marquette Medical Clinic – Kingsford

Nurse Practitioner and Upper Peninsula native, Mary Kay Elwood, has joined the Marquette Medical Clinic – Kingsford, a service of Marquette General Health System. She joins Dr. John Groeneveld, Dr. Kristi Olson and Dr. Terry Ryan.

Mary Kay comes to the Marquette Medical Clinic – Kingsford from Summit Family Medicine in Greeneville, Tenn., where she practiced family medicine for the past three years.
As a nurse practitioner, Mary Kay sees patients of all ages and provides a broad range of healthcare services, including annual physical exams and management of acute and chronic health conditions. She also offers same-day appointments.
Board-certified in family medicine, Mary Kay earned a Master of Nursing degree from Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, Tenn. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, and an associate’s degree from Manatee Junior College in Bradenton, Fla.
