Marquette General's Occupational Medicine Services works for employers to promote and ensure good health for employees. A specific and individualized program is developed to fit each business's need.

Occupational Medicine exclusively emphasizes the relationship between workplace factors and health. Our Occupational Medicine Director, Dr. Eric J. Rose, is board certified in Occupational Medicine.

Occupational Medicine Services:

Physical examinations

	-Pre-placement, post-offer (pre-employment)
	-DOT medical certification exams at several sites

MiOSHA/OSHA surveillance exams

Occupational Medicine specialty consults; second opinion exams; subspecialty referrals if indicated

Drug and alcohol testing: comprehensive, U.P. wide

Consortium services for DOT drug and alcohol testing compliance

Acute workplace injury treatment, evaluation, follow-up

Coordination & Liaison resources for rehab services, industrial rehab, EAP, and wellness

On-site services for groups: audiometry, flu shots, WCHP wellness grant provider (selected)

Consolidated billing available

Same day service may be available
