A. No, as long as you follow the regulations under 382.301 (b) Exceptions for pre-employment testing. Q. Do I have the right to obtain a copy of my federal drug screen results? A. Yes. Under regulation 382.405 (b) Access to facilities and records. A driver is entitled, upon written request, to obtain copies of any recores pertaining to the driver's use of alcohol or controlled substances, including any recores pertaining to his or her alcohol or controlled substances. Q. Can I get a Merchant Marine Drug Test in your clinic? A. Yes. We can do them at most of our clinic sites and provide notarized copies for you.
