Measuring your Resting Metabolic Rate
MedGem Indirect Calorimeter
A resting metabolic rate is a measure of the number of calories your body burns in a day while resting.
A resting metabolic rate can vary significantly from person to person even if you weigh the same as someone else.
The MedGem Indirect Calorimeter is an easy way to measure your metabolic rate. Once you have this measurement our Registered Dietitian can set up a meal plan to help you achieve your nutrition goal.
