Committee Updates/Information -

Hospital: Farmer’s Market attendance similar to 2010.  Committee will be investigating the possibility of two markets in 2012 (August and September). CSA’s will be an option for employees in 2012.  Cafeteria menu now identifies vegetarian items and will in near future identify products that are gluten free. 
 
Community:  Healthy Weight Journal Weight Loss program is occurring throughout Marquette County.  Wrap up celebration will occur on Sept. 22nd at the Commons in Marquette. 

Education:  October will start the education series for staff.  First program will be Vitamin D with Dr. Long and Deb presenting.
