Rhonda Aho - Neuro-Ortho

On the job, Rhonda helps assess, teach and care for patients, and helps out whenever needed.

Robin Waters, nurse manager in Neuro-Ortho, said, “Rhonda’s attributes far exceed the Employee of the Month criteria. She fills the unit with enthusiasm and positive energy. On any given day you will find Rhonda doing extras that make each patient feel like a king or queen.”

When Rhonda learned that she had been selected as the Employee of the
Month for October, she said, “Wow, I’m proud. It is because of my mom that I
became a nurse. She also had the honor of Employee of the Month.”

Rhonda has been employed at MGH for 24 years in the Neuro-Ortho unit.

Rhonda said what she likes most about her job is being with her patients and
helping them recover as best they can.

In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys spending time with family and friends, and
watching her son grow up.
