Patti is the Community Administrator at the U.P. Campus and works primarily with the medical students to insure their positive educational experience and to meet the goals and objectives set forth by MSU-CHM.
Patti also interacts with premed students across the U.P. providing information and guidance regarding medical school application and admission and helping to set up shadowing and volunteer experiences. She is involved in some resident education as well.
Prior to joining UPHEC in 2002, Patti worked at Marquette General Health System as a registered nurse for over 25 years. She is a " Native Yooper", born and raised in Marquette where she lives with her partner, Dr. Robin Cook, an emergency department physician, and the smartest and cutest dog in the world, Zoey. |
