The Donor Registry

The Gift of Life Donor Registry is a means of making your wishes known to your family.

Other means of expressing your wishes are to include donor information on the dirver's license or record your wishes in your Living Will or Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care. However, these items are not always immediately available. Therefore, the Gift of Life Registry is a practical means to ensure that your donation wishes, at the time of death, are known.
