Gabapentin (Neurontin) therapeutic range: 2.0-12.0 mcg/mL.
The reported threshold for seizure control is >2.0 mcg/mL which is usually achieved with 1200 mg/day. Dosage up to 3600 mg/day have been safely tolerated.
