High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Enzyme-Multiplied Immunoassay Technique (EMIT) Includes Carbamazepine. Useful for monitoring patients exhibiting symptoms of carbamazepine toxicity whose serum carbamazepine concentration is within the therapeutic range but who may be producing significant levels of the active metabolite epoxide.
