   PLEASE SUBMIT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIMENS:

10g of Fresh stool (Send fresh stool frozen in aliquot container on Dry Ice.)

Formalin preserved specimen (should be sent ambient or refrigerated )

NOTE: 1. DUODENAL, DUODENAL ASPIRATE, OR SMALL BOWEL ASPIRATE ARE NOT
         ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS TEST.  THIS TEST IS NOT FDA APPROVED FOR
         THESE TYPES OF SOURCES.
