   SAMPLE MUST ARRIVE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DRAW.
 
Draw blood in yellow-top (ACD [solution B]) tube(s), and send 5.0 mL 
of ACD (solution B) whole blood.  Do not transfer blood to other 
containers.  This test requires adequate numbers of viable lymphocytes 
which are more likely to be present in fresher samples.  Do not 
refrigerate.  Use regular mailing carton and label outside "DO NOT 
REFRIGERATE."
