Collection Info		SUBMIT ONLY 1 OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIMENS: (Serum is the preferred specimen type) Plasma Draw blood in a lavender-top (EDTA) tube. Spin down and send 0.2 mL of EDTA plasma. Serum Draw blood in either a plain, red-top tube or an SST tube. Spin down and send 0.5 mL of serum. NOTE: 1. Indicate plasma or serum on request form. 2. Label specimen appropriately (plasma or serum).
