Collection Info

   Draw blood in either a plain, red-top tube or an SST tube. Spin 
down and send 1.0 mL (pediatric: 0.2 mL) of serum  refrigerated 
(keep specimen cool with frozen coolant April-October, refrigerated 
coolant November-March) in a plastic, screw-capped, round bottom
vial. Forward promptly.
