Collection Info

   Draw blood in either a plain, red-top tube or an SST tube from 
a fasting patient. Spin down and send 1.0 mL of serum refrigerated
(keep specimen cool with frozen coolant April-October, refrigerated
coolatn November-March) in a plastic, screw-capped, round bottom vial.
Forward promptly.
