  Draw blood in lavender EDTA tube(s) 12 hours after last dose.
Spin down, remove plasma within 2 hours, and send 3.0 mL of 
plasma refrigerated (keep specimen cool with frozen 
coolant April-October, refrigerated coolant November-March).
