2. Acceptable specimens:
A. Skin sources, hair, and nails. These specimens may be
shipped ambient or refrigerated.
3. Unacceptable specimens:
A. Frozen specimens
B. Other sample sources
C. Leaking containers
4. Please provide source of specimen as set up and processing is
dependent on this information.

Additional Comments
1.If culture is positive, it will reflex to SLI #5323 Fungus ID Mould or SLI #5324 Fungus ID Yeast, or SLI #5633 Fungus ID by DNA Probe (Histoplasma, Blastomyces, Coccidioides) at an additional charge.
