Therapeutic range of Amikacin (Amikin) using regular
dosage of 7.5 mg/kg q12h or 5 mg/kg q8h I.M. is
Peak Concentration:
20-35 ug/mL (collected 30-60 minutes after injection)
Trough Concetration:
1-4 ug/mL (for less severe infection)
4-8 ug/mL (for more severe infection)
