Manual Includes direct Coombs testing with polyspecific anti-human globulin serum and use of monspecific reagents (anti-IgG, anticomplement) when indicated. May also include eluate preparation from IgG Coombs positive cells.

TUBE, OR IF THERE IS NOT AN IDENTIFICATION NUMBER ON 
THE TUBE, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE FOR USE.

has left the patient's side)
