Clinical Utilities
To evaluate the contribution of the isoforms of ALP from liver, gallbladder, bone, lung, leukocyte, fetal-derived tissue, small bowel and large bowel to total ALP. Used in the investigation of elevations of ALP to determine the tissue of origin.
