With fall in the air, it's time for all of us to continue our fitness routines while making the necessary modifications for weather changes. The Wellness Institute is committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Employees, remember that:

the gym on the sixth floor of the RCN Building is now open for walking between noon and 1 p.m.

aerobic video tapes are available for use during employees hours at the gym.

MGH has negotiated reduced rates at most area fitness centers.

Also, MGH employees and their immediate family can purchase a season pass at Marquette Mountain for $199 each through Oct. 15.
