UP Health System - Marquette Welcomes Gastroenterologist Michael McCance, DO, FACP, FACG

UP Health System – Marquette announced that Michael McCance, DO, FACP, FACG has joined its team of Digestive & Liver Specialists. 

Dr. McCance received his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, and completed his internship, residency in internal medicine, and fellowship in gastroenterology at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. 

Dr. McCance joins UP Health System – Marquette from the Bay Area Medical Center in Marinette, Wisconsin.   

Dr. McCance brings extensive experience in gastroenterology procedures to UP Health System – Marquette, including upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, esophageal dilation, esophageal motility study, flexible sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, liver biopsy, paracentesis, and capsule video endoscopy. His medical interests include inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology consultations, gastroenterology disease management, inflammatory bowel disease, and liver disease.
