Diabetes and Heart Healthy Recipe

For a tantalizing and healthy
summer snack dip try the
following recipe:

 

CREAMY GUACAMOLE

 

1 ½ cup cubed Avocado
1 cup Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
¼ cup Vidalia Onion
2 Tbsp. each Cilantro and Lime Juice
1 Tbsp. Jalapeno Pepper chopped
½ Tsp. Salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and chill.
Serve with baked tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Makes 16 Servings-2 tablespoons each.

2 gr. Protein, 1 gr. Fiber, 90 mg. Sodium.
