Follow-up Services

Many of our former patients are active in the U.P. Heart Club, where they can support each other and offer reassurance by visiting patients about to undergo surgery.  The U.P. Heart Club also meets monthly, providing health education & support to patients & families.

Our cardiac care reaches beyond our walls through Paramedics and Advanced Life Support Ambulances, public education programs, support groups, pacemaker checks by telephone, and outreach to communities throughout the U.P.
