Pulsar Award winner - Employee Campaign Committee, Foundation recognized by MGHS
The Employee Campaign Committee for the Accelerating the Future Capital Campaign at Marquette General Health System is the latest recipient of the Pulsar Award.
The award is presented monthly to a deserving department demonstrating excellence. The Employee Campaign Committee worked very closely with the Marquette General Foundation in organizing the hospital’s first-ever Employee Campaign.
Using a Movie Theme, the campaign generated a great deal of excitement for employees by offering a number of games and contests. In all, more than 630 employees participated in the campaign, raising more than $400,000 in the process — making the campaign a resounding first-time success!
Pictured, accepting the award at an MGHS Leadership Meeting, are, from left, Sarah Janda and Jim LaJoie, Marquette General Foundation; Suzette Brugman, Printing Services; Brian Matthews, Building Services; Gary Gustafson, Employee Campaign Co-Chair, Trauma Department; Michele Moran, Employee Campaign Co-Chair, Admitting; Marcy Johnson, Neurology Associates; Walter Scanlon, Radiation Oncology; Susan Wolf, Family Birthing Center; Eric Williams, Clinical Engineering; and Pam Benton and Kristi Dahlstrom, Marquette General Foundation.
