Foundation offers thanks for generous gift

Tina Seymour, left, owner of UP Motor Sports, Inc., in Escanaba, receives a Certification of Appreciation from Jim LaJoie, Planned Giving and Major Gifts Manager of the Marquette General Foundation. With proceeds raised from a local fundraiser, UP Motor Sports, Inc. gifted 3,000 to the Marquette General Foundation, with the money designated to the Marquette General Inpatient Substance Abuse Program. “Our Inpatient Youth Substance Abuse program and Marquette General are tremendously thankful for this gift,” LaJoie said. “We’re pleased that Tina believes so strongly in our program services.”
