Brain Injury Survivor Support Group Meeting on the first Monday of the month at 6 p.m. at the Superior Alliance for Independent Living (SAIL) office. 129 Baraga Street in the nonprofit commons. . Brain Tumor Support Group The Upper Michigan Brain Tumor Center, a service of the Upper Michigan Neuroscience and Cancer Centers at Marquette General Health System, will be holding support groups for patients, friends and family members who have been affected by brain tumors. Treatment Support Group: This group meets the 4th Saturday
of every month from 10 until 12pm at MGH. For more information please
contact Sandra at MGHS Surgical Weight Loss Support Groups: This group meets every third Tuesday of the month from 4:30pm to 5:30pm EST in the Surgical Weight Loss conference room. Video conferencing is available upon request. Ongoing support group is primarily for those who have had bariatric surgery including those who have had surgery at other centers. In addition, those who are considering bariatric surgery are welcome to attend. Dr. English facilitates the group and members of the multidisciplinary team are present to address issues and concerns. Occasionally, a guest speaker will lecture on bariatric-related topics. This group meets every third Tuesday of the month from 5:45pm to 6:45pm EST in the MGH conference center. month (except June, July and August) from 7-8:30pm. This group meets
at the MGH Conference Caregiver Support Groups Caregivers Support Group: This group meets the first Tuesday of each month at 10am at the Ishpeming Senior Center. Through Sharing Bereavement Services: This support group
is for parents who have experienced the death/loss of a baby during
pregnancy or shortly after birth. Meets every Tuesday at 6:00pm

Support Group: This group meets the 2nd Monday of every
month for family members, and the last Monday of every month for
a business meeting. The meetings start at 7pm. The current location
is The Common’s Room, 129 W. Baraga Ave., west of the Children’s

Support Group: This is a support group for people with
Parkinson’s. The group meets the first Wednesday of every
month at the Negaunee Senior Center from 2:00- 3:30 pm. Check with
Center for special programming. Parkinson's
Support Group-Sault St. Marie: This is a support group
for people with Parkinson's. The group will meet Thursday, June
3rd at 7 PM in the Parkinson's
Support Group: Alzheimer’s
Disease and Related Dementia's Caregiver Support Group: For information concerning other Alzheimer’s Support Groups
