Speaker Request Form

Think of us... next time your group or regional organization needs a speaker. Marquette General Hospital's Speakers' Bureau is afree servicedesigned to assist community members in acquiring accurate and up to date information on health related issues.   Many topics... are available through our pool of health care professionals. These professionals may be available at your site or via the video teleconferencing system.

The links above provide information about the topics but if you do not see what you are looking for, give us a call. Many of our speakers and their topics are not listed in this booklet. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

You can request a speaker...

for your group or organization either by mail or phone. An advance notice of at least two weeks is necessary to process your request.

By mail...

complete the speaker request form, print and mail to: Marquette General Hospital, Education Department, 420 W. Magnetic St., Marquette, MI 49855.

By phone...

call the Education Department at 225-3470 or 800-562-9753, extension 3470. Be prepared to provide the same information requested on the form.
