These diseases include connective tissue diseases. Examples of common forms of arthritis and connective tissue diseases include degenerative joint disease(osteoarthritis); rheumatoid arthritis; gout; pseudogout; lupus;ankylosing spondylitis; Reiter's Syndrome; psoriatic arthritis;arthritis associated with inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis; scleroderma; vasculitis;and many others.
